• Childcare ages 2-5 years old only

*WHALERS VILLAGE: OPENED TO DISPLACED since 8/17, now daily 9am - 9pm. Intent is to give displaced families of resort areas some play/breathing time and relaunch of complimentary activities like ukulele lessons and movie night, when possible. 2435 Kaanapali Parkway, Lahaina.

SCHOOLS & CHILDCARE:

• 8/17 KING KEKAULIKE HIGHSCHOOL: Starts Aug. 23 per Amy Strand, principal. Covers upcountry regions of Pukalani (shelter), Makawao, Kula, Haiku, Paia, Hailemaile and Ulapalakua.
• MEO begins the HEAD START Preschool on 8/21 at Haiku El, Kihei El, Eddi Tam, UH Maui, Wailuku El, and Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Center.

• DISCONTINUED:  YMCA Project Camp for Maui Keiki affected by fires
